We are looking for a highly organized and reliable Personal Assistant to support with administrative, educational, and school-related tasks in the Sheikh Zayed area.

 

Location: Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October

Work type: On-site / field-based

Start date: Immediate or as soon as possible

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Handle day-to-day administrative tasks and follow-ups.

  • Communicate professionally in both English and Arabic.

  • Prepare, edit, and organize documents using Microsoft Office.

  • Work confidently with Google Sheets and shared online files.

  • Visit different schools in Sheikh Zayed when needed.

  • Collect information, submit documents, follow up with school administrations, and report back clearly.

  • Organize appointments, tasks, reminders, and basic records.

  • Assist with emails, messages, forms, and general coordination.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Excellent English and Arabic, written and spoken.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Strong Google Sheets skills.

  • Professional communication skills.

  • Presentable, punctual, organized, and trustworthy.

  • Able to move around different schools in Sheikh Zayed.

  • Previous experience as a personal assistant, admin assistant, school coordinator, secretary, or customer service/admin role is preferred.

  • Living in or near Sheikh Zayed / 6th of October is preferred.

ICT Teaching Assistant Needed – Full-Time

We are looking for a committed and organized ICT Teaching Assistant to support students in both practical and theory work.

 

Subject: ICT

Work type: Full-time

Format: Online and in person

Start date: Immediate or as soon as possible

 

Main Responsibilities:

 

  • Support students during ICT practical classes.

  • Assist students while they are working on practical tasks, classwork, and assignments.

  • Give office hours to students who need extra practice.

  • Help students with both practical and theory topics.

  • Follow up with students who are struggling or falling behind.

  • Help students revise, practise, and improve their ICT skills.

  • Report students’ progress, weaknesses, and concerns to the teacher.

  • Coordinate with the teacher and other teaching assistants when required.

  • Help maintain an organized learning environment during practical sessions.

  • Support students online and in person according to the schedule.

 

Requirements:

  • Mark students’ quizzes, assignments, and submitted work accurately.

  • Use provided mark schemes, rubrics, and teacher instructions.

  • Report students’ performance, missing work, repeated mistakes, and concerns.
